I'm Stephanie Grutz!
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrative medicine.
Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, I’ve always felt deeply connected to this community—and I’m passionate about supporting others through life’s most challenging health journeys.
My commitment to this work is personal. After navigating my own complex autoimmune disease, I learned firsthand how powerful root-cause healing and personalized medicine can be. That experience fueled my passion to help others who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or stuck in the conventional system.
Over the past decade, I’ve trained with some of the world’s leading experts in integrative care, including Dr. Paul Anderson (expert in cancer and chronic illness) and Dr. Nasha Winters (co-author of The Metabolic Approach to Cancer). Their mentorship has shaped the way I approach healing—by treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
